Characteristics: P-1M is a functional modification purposed phosphate monomer containing unsaturated double bonds and is a special methacrylate with a phosphate group at the end.
It can be used in the synthesis of aqueous emulsions and oily acrylic resins. It can effectively improve the adhesion of polymer glass and metal substrates (for example, aluminum, cold rolled sheets, zinc sheets, phosphating steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel, etc.). P-1M also significantly enhances the stability of emulsion. Moreover, P-1M also has a high ratio of ester/diester of phosphate, which can effectively reduce the undesired cross-linking and increase the adhesion to the substrate in the radiation curing system.
